CAT back exhaust
Lighten it up a bit

I'd leave it at that, its not going to worth putting much more money then that into it.

That thing couldn't crack 100 MPH unless you dropped it out of Cessna. That's my advice. I'd say about 30000 feet should do it. It oughta reach terminal velocity right before it makes a crater.

Some of the local saturday night race tracks have figure 8 racing. In train racing they'll take three cars and chain them together, end to end, kinda like a train. The front car is usually an old Cadillac or Caprice or something BIG. This car has the driver. The middle car is empty and the back car, the caboose, has a guy in it along for the ride. He can steer to avoid a collision as the train goes thru the intersection of the figure 8.
It's not serious racing, but the winners do get some bucks, and it's pretty intense watching 6 - 8 of these race around a 3/8 - 1/2 mile track.

A Geo Metro would make a good Caboose.

Talking

at the monroe raceway in WA they do school bus figure eights. funny as hell!! as for the metro, me and my buddies would probably bust out all the windows so we dont get glass all over and then runm it into as much **** as possible till it dies!!!

Both of those suggestions seem like splendid ideas to me. More fame and glory than any Metro would see in a normal lifetime.

That is true about those old Subaru's. I've seen people try to do that and give up.

well it might be a little difficult to drop a v8 in a metro cause they got three cylinders to start with so not really gonna have a chance there unless i got some bling bling to be throwing it around and off roading off a cliff would be kinda good for the car

the old school '80s GL's and stuff like that. absolutely bulletproof.

they also came in a sedan and wagon, and some were AWD turbos. great little cars for the price.

Needs a lot of attention, this one does.
I think (I really don't have a freakin clue) he wants us to stick to the topic of his Geo.

If so...cut your losses. There is a buyer for everything. If you want to sell it, price it low enough and some 1st time driver's dad will buy it for their kid. Don't put any money into it.
You need the cash for a shrink anyway.

I took an old 76 Accord out in the desert by Lake Mead NV. I had my friends follow me in their 4x4. I must have drove that thing for about an hour until I went off a 4 foot draw and buried the the nose. We then took out our guns in dumped 3000 rounds of ammo into it. We had everything from .22 to .45. It was a blast and it only cost me $100.00 for the car and about $300.00 for ammo, and of course $100.00 for beer. The dam Honda still ran after all that. It just would not die. But that was a blast.
