Does anybody know how to port an intake manifold? i've heard that this with the big bore throttle body works well . let me know if any one can help.. thanks in advance.

I haven't done it on my Z yet, but on my old camaro what you did was properly align your gaskets mark the manifold opening so it's the same size and carefully grind it away so the holes are the same size. What this does is ensures you don't have any flat spot slowing down the air fuel mixture as it enters the engine. Just make sure if you do port and polish the manifolds don't completely smooth them out. You need some roughness to create turbulence and mix the air and fuel.

Keep the greasy side down.
