Transmission!
how much will it cost to pust a 5 spd tranny in my z. cause i have a automatic. i can get a 5 spd tranny for $350.00 so just wanted to know labor price in cluding price of tranny (estimates). for people who done a auto to manual swap does it take much?

what year Z? and you're forgetting clutch pedal assembly, clutch master and slave cylinders and lines to go with the 5 speed.
and I sold my 5 speed for 70 bucks, so 350 would yield too much. 350 should include the tranny, clutch assembly, clutch plate and maybe a new flywheel
unless the transmission is warrantied and bought through a retailer
