Clock Repair for our old analog clocks!

So, as with pretty much every Z car out there, the clock in the car doesn't work. After reading on www.classiczcars.com and reading the clock repair guide by EScalon, my clock now works! It's been in the car for about an hour now, and is still working.

Here's the link:

I cleaned and lubricated my clock internals.. it worked again.. but it keeps terrible time...

Oil will eventually gum up.. I dont know what they originally used for lube.. but it was not just your average oil... after a year my clock began to stick again... I never took it apart again after that..
