first pic of new paint on custom hood

here is the first pic of the finished hood on my 260z project car. the car is in the booth ready to spray monday.
you might even notice the shaved door.
it will be the most modified Z i have have done to date

thanks guys. i think it rocks but thats just my opinion . still nice to hear others like it.


ohhh...i used(or my brother did...hes the painter, body man ,that made the kit) DeBeer paint and clear....really good quality stuff from what i have heard and seen

yep, very a/c cobraish. we made a splash mold of an actual a/c cobra ...front 30 inches at least. then remade the velarosa rear clip to suit our needs so that the 315/35/17 tires would tuck under the rear. wait till you see the year long project pics. it has been a long hard road , but worth every minute.

many already know that this was my sons car. he passed away 8 years ago. time for me to step up i guess

I think we all know

that the Cobra/ Ferrari Daytona and the 240/260/280 have similar lines and style queues. With that color combo and obvious attention to detail I am positive that it will turn out looking really good, can't wait to see the finished project.

as far as having anything to do with arizonazcar co .....i have used his products for many years with all my z cars and customers cars as well. i do not work for him by any means, i just know quality products when i see them and love the consistent results with his companies line of performance parts
