Thanks, but I got it last night. I was missing the 2 bolts in the corners closest to the front on top. For reference, you don't have to remove the steering wheel. All you have to do is unbolt the 2 bolts that hold the steering column in place and you can safely lower the entire steering column enough to get the dash out.

Installation was always easier without the steering wheel in the way, down in the southwest we were always concerned with causing any stress in the dash pad and maybe starting cracks due to the sun exposure.
