Rear end Slap?

So I finally got my car out for a test drive, let it warm to operating temp and took it around. I sounds really good running, but when I give it gas my rear end makes a slapping sound, I know I`m riding bump stops cause I had 280z springs and now I`ve got 260z springs but still have 280z shocks. (changing em next Friday) But there is a slap in there like somethings not tight. I made sure everything was tight and now I`m at a loss. Also it corners like ***. Kinda hops around corners.

I`m pretty sure the cornering issue is my tires aren't sitting all the way on the ground. See afore mentioned shocks. I`m at a loss and am already starting to think about parting this damned car. I don`t want to do that though. I want to be driving it.

Any suggestions?

Heres a pic of the rear end before i changed the springs.

And After

Take it to a tire shop & have them check the alignment / struts.

Well found the problem. I was missing a bushing on an a-arm. I have it pulled apart again and am putting new bushings throughout the rear. Fun!
