Red face

Ok *****UPDATE*****

Well we took a slight break from working on the Z, when we got back to working on her i tried starting it, it wouldnt start, we tested the BRAND NEW fuel pump and it was toast, so got another one under warranty and that pump works but the car still will not start, it tries but it seems like its not getting enough fuel, it has a half tank of gas...

Bah, but at least it has another BRAND NEW fuel pump.

Hhmmm. this is interesting, so im not the only one with horrible luck...my pump is still working, yet car still won't start, checked the filter, its fine, thinking my rail might be clogged...we loosened an injector and tried starting the car and no fuel came out of the injector, either the fuel rail or the injectors are clogged.

Also check to make sure the injectors are getting a signal... use an LED on a fuel injector connector & watch to see if it lights up while cranking.

Well, three of my injectors are broken...did not use the LED method to check the connectors, will do that on the good three that i have, looking for three new injectors. If anyone has some they would like to pawn off that are good still let me know.

whats the LED method? well like, i get the purpose, just curious how you set it up? just pinch each lead on the LED on each post of the injector?

The ecu sends a signal to the fuel injectors... each signal is very quick (less than a second). If you use an incandescent light bulb (the kind w/ a normal filament) it won't have time to light up & turn off before the next signal. An LED is instant on & off, and uses a low voltage.... allowing you to see if the harness is receiving a signal.

i understand that ^^^^ lol, you missed the concept of my question, to get it to work, do you just simply pinch each lead from the LED onto each injector post?

I think you stick them in the connectors, like one in each end, but i would probably just play around and try it in each little hole...man i suck at explaining mechanical things....in fact, i think i suck at understanding them more...should have gone to school for automotive instead of computer programming.....Meh, oh well.
