240z clutch issues.
Im very fustrated and have been crawling under my z wayyy too much and way to long for what i keep hearing is a simple job.. i need better advice
I have a brand new clutch master cylinder, and brand new slave cylinder..
both are installed, system has new fluid.
I have the type "a" transmition, and have the slave with the adjuster rod/nut. where it passes through a hole and adjusts..
I have both the slave and master adjusted so there isnt any slop.
still only got a little pressure, and it doesnt do anything as far as pushing on the clutch itself.. Ive been fiddling with this issue for over a month, and its driving me crazy!
how much pressure does it take to push the lever that goes to clutch? i cant do it by hand, how much travel does the master need to push appropriate pressure?
any help is appreciated.. thankyou
