1978 280z Low Ignition Coil Voltage
Hello everyone,
I have a 78 280z, ran perfectly 2 days ago, parked it, and now it just cranks. Traced the ignition circuit and have 12v around the whole circuit up until the coil. The coil has 6v. Plug C3, which according to the wiring diagram, goes right to the ignition coil, has 12v. I tried directly wiring from the battery positive to the coil, and it still only gets 6v. Is this a faulty ICM issue? Not really sure where else could have failed, as it seems it only drops voltage directly at the coil itself. The car ran fine for weeks, and then just won't start now. Fuel pressure is good. Dizzy rotor and cap look good and are fairly new. Tried a new coil for fun and still nothing and the new one gets 6v too.

Problem fixed
Some ether into the intake manifold and it fired right up. It seems like the car gets 6v when it's sitting. I have my csv removed, and this is the first time it's struggled to start without it. I'll have to keep an eye on it.
