Can somone explain the process of going from r12 to r134? Can I just vaccum out the old r12 and then get a kit and add the r134?

nightlights, thats all I did for my Exporer and it works fine. Don't have my 260 at that stage of the game yet. I bought the kit from Kragen Auto Parts out west for around $50. It gave me a couple cans of freon and a can of the special oil thats required, plus it had some conversion fittings to adapt most cars. good luck
