Cobra Z gets new billet rear control arms today
#26
i can honestly say that i only notice one small difference from the chromoly arms to the billet arms.....
the chromoly arms would not let the car settle down to its proper ride heighth untill it was driven a few feet once it was up on the lift....no biggie really. only stayed up 1/2 inch for those few feet. i guess just because they were that firm and secure of a fit.
with the billet arms, there is no waiting to come down to settled in ride hieghth. it drops right back to specs instantly from lowering it off the lift
now...i havent jumped curbs at 150mph with either arms so i will be no help there.
i will be happy to fill in the blanks on the simple install or daily driven effects of both arms , but will leave the high end torque and load equasions to the experts. hopefully i will also leave the crash testing to others as well. even though i believe i was referred to as "a crash test dummy" on this site...lol
