Does this sound bad?
Since I got my car it has had a very faint tap from the valves. I stored it for the winter but I haven't had time to start it in 3 weeks. So Today is 32 out, warmer than the past two weeks so I decided to fire it up.
(Before I started it I checked the oil level, and as it cranked I had oil pressure)
Once started, this sound happen but began to quite down the more it ran. I let it run for 20 minutes but it never fully went away. It sounds like the valves but it is much louder now then before. I made a clip, if you cant hear the video turn up your volume. Cell phone haha .. In the video you can't really hear it until the hood is open. Let me know your thoughts.

And one other thing, when I start my car I have to have the choke open all the way. I keep my foot on the pedal at 2000rpm for id say 40 seconds. It pops and sputters as it gets going. If I don't do this the car will drop to 300rpm and die. It will do this if I haven't started it after a couple of days. I hate having to let it sit, then forcing it to stay at 2000rpm to stay running. What can I do to fix this.
