I have a 79 280zx. I just put a new fuel pump on my stock car. When I turn the ignition on, I have power at the pump but when I try to start the car their is no power. I know there is a relay under the hood and one in the dash but I think they are both good, but not sure. If I could get any help, it would be great b/c I am pulling my hair out on this one.

 

well i dont think you need to pull your hair out on this one. i believe it is working correctly. listen to it when it fires and is running=) my buddy went through this with his 280z lol
