I replaced about 5.2 miles of Vacuum hose, fuel hose, vapor hose,
and cleaned the pistons, balanced the carbs by ear, and Seafoamed the engine Via a hose in the intake, and she purrs like a top now.I still have a few more things to attend to like lights and mirrors and that pesky clutch Master cylinder and we will be cruising
The brakes were rebuilt / replaced as needed, the tank cleaned sealed and reinstalled with new hoses all around.
just need to install the clutch MS and replace the upper and lower radiator hoses and we will be drivable

I havent even looked into the headlight issue but I will sort that out as well.

Now all I need is about $4500.00 for wheels/tires, bodywork/paint
and interior refurbishment
