How do I loosen the timing chain? TOO TIGHT!
I'm in the middle of doing a head swap on my '78 280Z, and the $#*)(#@ timing chain is way too tight, I can't get the cam sprocket on with the chain on it, I tried for over 2 hours!
When I was taking the sprocket off originally, it was VERY hard to get the bolt loose. How do I chinger with the tensioner to make it easier to put the #$*( sprocket on?
Thanks!

Use something to push the chain tensioner in. If it is in all the way, you can loosen the chain guide bolts are readjust it there. The holes are slotted for adjustment.
