i don't feel like cutting metal off my car!
what am i going to do? the exit pipes won't fit through the rear valance or whatever you call it!
i was putting them up to the rear to see what they would look like, and i realized that they won't fit!!!! am i going to have to cut up the metal to make it fit? that would suck.i don't like hacking my almost rust-free stock 240. did anybody else have this problem with their twice pipes?
i could really use some help, thanks!
i thought these pipes would fit without modifications

Re: i don't feel like cutting metal off my car!
I had to cut the metal so my muffer would sit up tight under the car. What i did to make it look like a factory hole was welded the top of a small paint can and cut out the metal in the inside of the rim. Looks great make you find a can the size you need.

DON'T CUT UP YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YOU CAN MODIFY THE TWICE PIPES
SO THAT THEY HANG ONE OVER THE OTHER.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO MESS UP YOUR CAR AND IT WILL LOOK BETTER THEN THE SIDE BY SIDE SETUP.
IT'S VERY EASY TO DO.
MESSAGE ME IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS
IT'S ZED NOT ZEE GOD----DAMIT!!!!

I have the urge to cut metal off somebody's car!
Go ahead and cut up the car as long as it looks good in the end. Nothing wrong with taking a little metal off.
ZED isn't the only word Canadians pronounce wrong...
maybe Canadian keyboards are stuck in all-caps too. How annoying

Hey Bleach
Take a chill man, there's no need to be negative and rude.
The reason I recommended leaving the lower panel alone is because if it is not prepaired properly that area would be prone to rust. It would be a shame if it happened to a good Z.
BTW my signature about the ZED was just a friendly jab, and was not intended to offend anyone. If anyone feels that strongly about it just send me a message, and I will remove it.
