I like the MSA unit it is what I plan on installing on my 280 in the fall (finances allowing). I like my r200 I am currently runnig but I think I woould enjoy a faster posi reaction.

msa's is a clutch-type, just like what nismo sells. the quaiffe is a gear-type. if interested i will be pulling my r200 3.9 nismo lsd diff along with moustasche bar soon and will be selling [so i can swap for a diff ratio]. the unit is coming out of my 73 240.

nope....msa usually charges a lot for what you get......(but @ least its usually pretty good stuff)....the quaife is "the top of the line" $1200 (for an r200) ..less for the R180...i'm gonna get one soon as i get all my "other stuff" put in (winter weather you know)....i cant imagine spending $2-4000 getting hp...and only having one wheel to use it on.....s
