my new Z!!!!

lol, not really, but this is a teaser thread. i finally finished my car and was super giddy because i just ran an open header with a 10 lb flywheel, so OMG its like a lemans car (kinda) with the loud raspy and very fast revving exhaust sound. its sooo intense. if youve never experienced before, i highly recomend it, could never get away with driving it like that though lol. im gonna put my sway bar up get pictures and then lower it and get the pictures so check back here in about 15 minutes. its gonna be nuts!!!!

incase any one was wondering. its a BITCH!!! i had to work 8 hour days 5 days straight, no breaks to get that done in time. i ended up dehydrating myself and loosing about 8 pounds in 5 days. lol. im missing alot of skin and my hands are still numb as well as just akey other places. the rear end seemed alot easier for some reason. even though there was more ti it honestly. im gonna blame it on the steering colum.

Dude that sounds sick man! I am actually getting sick of the way my Z sounds. I want a more racey sound to him. He is actually starting to sound too ricey for my tastes. Oh well later on it will change, I guess.

now the way this car is i almost want to keep it instead of selling and getting back into a Z32. but i would definatly get a slightly on the big side cam and flat top pistons to up the compression.

Yeah that's my problem I have. Once I get a car, and work on it, drive it whatever. I start getting real attached to it. And then it is hard to let it go. And in my opinion, the S30's, and S130's. Are just hard to beat in looks. Love to see the progress of your projects. Keep up the good work man.

Does the lightened flywheel make it harsh to drive on the streets?

Seriosly though, that is one sweet sounding Z

ummm, i only drove it around the block, but realy, no not at all, on a hill though ill be interested to see what happens. also i was just out there running the car i shoulda made a video, but now its late and im heading to colorado in the morning so looks like u guys might have to wait till friday to hear the twice pipes exhaust.

oh an ALWAYS mock the exhaust up before tightening even the Y pipe collector in the headers. cause i tightend the y pipe up and it happened to be angled up, so it made putting up the exhaust VERY VERY VERY difficult, but it keeps the exhaust at least tight against the body lol.
