Hello all i am new to Zdriver have owned many Z's from 240's to 280zx's just recently purchased this 260z that is mostly original except the Holly 600 that was on it. I will post pics as i go along and welcome any and all feedback or criticism as this is my first attempt to restore.

Thought i would upload a few more pics. The car did not run when i bought it and there was more rust and bondo than originally thought.
Bought some new tires and sanded and repainted the wheels, I know i am alittle ahead of myself but i couldnt help it. I have also removed the Holly setup as it was way too big for this engine, decided to go back with the SU carbs. Rewired the ignition system and drained and refilled the fuel tank and she fired right up

Well looks like i am going to be replacing all of the floor pans and frame rails.
i will eventually replace the fenders but for now i am repairing them because i want to learn the body work. I have always been an engine man being an A.S.E certified Master Technician I have never done any body work. Any tips ?
