74 was the "Last" of the non-fuel injection engines. In other words it has carbs. The condition it's in would determine value. Mine is a 75' with rust holes and wiring problems, not running on all 6 cly's, won't pass emissions, exhaust leaks, BUT WHAT A FUN RIDE!!! It's all about the "LOVE"! You either love the car or you don't! What you get out of it is what you put into it. I suggest putting some love into it! There will be days that you hate the piece of ****!! But years from now, you will look back and say "Damn I wish I still had that car". That's the voice of a 46 yr old man that still wishes he had his first car. "A 1980 chevy Monza"! That was a blast!

Hey Matt. That 260Z is definitely a classic car. When the 240Z came out in '70, it pretty much created a whole new class of cars and offered tons of performance and styling for not much money. The 260 is just an update of the 240 with more displacement to combat emissions. Anyway, I love driving my 240, especially for the attention it gets, its so much better looking and cooler than all the generic cookie-cutter cars out there...
