OIL COOLER HOSES?
Hi im gaving a problem with my 280zx turbo 83´! I just changed my oil cooler ( smashed it while hitting a rock:-( ) And now I just cant seem to get the rubber oil hoses to stop from leaking! Anyone had the same problem? Maybe the hoses are to old and the rubber cant seal enough? If that´s the case, were can I buy new oilcooler hoses? What is the oilcapacity of an 280zx turbo 83 (can´t get the datas on the Web been seeking everywere! )
Thanks in advance

Re: OIL COOLER HOSES?
Dan ,
are you actually living in Denmark or from there ? If you live there and need a replacement
take your hoses to an Industrial Supply place and they should be able to match what you have.
If you live in the states let me know and I will give you some place to order from.

Re: OIL COOLER HOSES?
Monk, as the Spud said, get thee to an industrial hose supply place, someplace that deals in hydraulic lines. I just had a pair fabbed for my 260Z A/T cooler hoses - the replacement Datsun lines were almost USD$80.00 each side. The re-man'd ones were under USD$8.00 each. The fittings are BPT metric, but the taper of the nipples are unique, so they had to re-use the hardpoints and seal to fresh rubber hoses.
