Re: rear brake pads
what do you mean too big? is the metal backing too large? or is the brake material too thick and wont fit in between the rotor and the outer part of the caliper?
get that piston in AS FAR AS YOU CAN. the pad will fit. force it, squeeze it, buy a brake caliper tool that fits in like a pair of brake pads and screws down pushing the piston down.
good luck

sorry
i was thinking front brakes.
on the rear you need to screw the caliper into the housing. screw it in alllll they way as much as you can. get a vise-grip on there. sometimes using the edge of a flathead screwdriver works just as good. screw that thing in and you should have more than enough clearance.
again, good luck

Re: sorry
like i said when i screw the cylinder in i can fit the pad that goes against it
but i cant fit the one across from it (the one against the caliper)
i will check the other side the one i am trying now i think is screwed up ill try the other side and if it goes in ill get new parts for the other side
