shifter pin
Hello. I have just removed my shifter boot etc. so that I can replace my shifter bushings and see the top of my tranny. I have a tranny from a 280zx. I can't figure out how to remove my shifter pin and my how-to manual doesn't tell me. All help is appreciated. Thanks

Re: shifter pin
There is a small E clip on one of the ends. Use some tweezers to pop that pin off, and you should be able to slip the pimp out the other end. My center console is already off, so let me take a picture of how it will look like tommorw when there is light.
This is from my 260Z but i assume its the same.
