Simple Question (answer plz)
I was wandering if any1 knows or knows of a site that will tell me what size turbo,what kind of turbo,specs on the turbo, in my '83 280ZXT (automatic,2+2,L6).
Please help, just wanna learn a lil more about my vehicle.

Once in a while you might see a book that you could buy about your car. Look for the Nissan 280ZX Turbo Factory Service Manual. I have seen them on eBay quite a few times. Those have an enormous amount of detailed information on your car. The books for the non-turbo will not include any parts specific to your turbo engine.
Most of the time, just the 1981 Turbo books are available. I think those might be the only ones made because that is the first year of the turbo and the engine is the same through 1983.

zhome.com might be able to help you out. I never really researched a turbo there though. From what I've learned and dealt with, the turbo is a .63 a/r turbo, non-water cooled, Garret T3. Decent stock turbo compared to most cars that come factory turbo.
