When i push gas it goes up to 2300rpms and dies out. no matter if push slow or fast same results.Changed filters, plugs, mass air flow.Any ideas please i need help he wants car to run soon

You "changed" the mass air flow? (It's actually an Air Flow Meter). The usual culprit of that ~2k rpm stumble is water in the TPS, way off timing, or mis-ajusted AFM.
I would try unplugging the TPS (throttle position sensor) and see what it does.

The TVS on the side of the throttle body is probably shorted. Unplug it for a quick test. If it works unplugged then that is your problem. Some also call it TPS.
