Stalls, Backfires, and a squeak
I have a '83 280ZXT and it has two main problems right now. First, when I first start it and I start to drive it won't go. The engine seems to stall abit and sometimes it backfires. It only does this until it gets warmed up, then it drives perfect. Second, there is this squeaky noise coming from one of my front wheels and it is only when I am moving. If anyone knows what I need to do, please tell me!!

Re: Stalls, Backfires, and a squeak
squeaky noise could be anything - could be your bearing going causing the wheel to wobble a little, could be a worn rotor grinding against the pads, or not fully tightened bolts letting it wobble (dangerous).
as for stalling and backfiring - sounds like you have a problem with your computer feeding too much fuel in when it's cold, maybe a leaky injector? maybe a faulty MAF? backfire is your unburnt fuel igniting in your exhaust, so it means you're running rich.
