Tried and dont understand

I have a 78 280z that would start up but not stay running and shut off after a min or less. Ive replaced the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, injectors, ive tryed 2 other ECU's aside from the one it has, and 2 other AFM's as well. The CSV seems to be what starts the car cause it does shoot fuel. I just dont know what else to do or try and fix. If anyone can offer some ideas that would be great. Because im to the point im about to start pulling everything off that is not needed for carbs. Which if anyone could offer help on that too would be great im not sure if i need a special gasket for the new intake or if i can just use a stock 240z one or anything else. Thank You

So what happens just prior to the stall? Will it restart or does it stay dead for a time? Is it at idle when it stalls or while you're driving. Need more specifics to help. It's to hard to imagine what it could be and shot gunning parts at it is a waste of money.
The carbs also have their problems and to begin with you need a lower pressure fp.

it does stay dead for a time. I have to let it sit for awhile before it will restart and its at idle, it does not stay running long enough to even move it. and I have not spent any money for the parts. so thats why I was shot gunning them in.

After it stalls remove the csv and see if it works when you try to stsrt again. Could be your fuel filter BEFORE the fp or the one before the engine. Sounds to me like it's simply running out of fuel. My favorite test is to get a girl to hold a spark plug wire while you turn it over. Tell her it won't hurt because she's grounded.

The prefilter is the first line of defense. There is a small screen on the oem fp that can clog very easily too. You need to check your fuel pressure after the front filter. Should be 35+ psi.
