well since all the other ppl just threw you BS im gonna give you some good info. Take some seats from a RX7 Turbo II their full leather, and no modifications need to be made to the car or the seats, and they fit perfectly in the mounting holes for the stock seats, i yanked some for my z from a junk yard

Well, even though some of the responses are funny they are somewhat true. Nothing will fit like the stock without you have to remove the stock mounts and mounting them on the new seat which will require drilling if even possible or doing modifications to mount the new ones in. I used 99 300ZX seats in mine, I don't know if they are the coolest seat but they are better then the originals that came in the 240. Fully powered driver and manual for the passenger, I like them, someone might state otherwise but you make your own decision. The fine blond needs to keep in shape to ride with me so she gets the manual seat, he he he.

I got mine off of E-bay, was lucky to find them local, you probably wouldn't want to ship these sucker cuz thier heavy and its gonna cost you more then what you paid for them. I got mine for $200 for the set in excellent shape. Drivers was missing the controls for the motors but I fixed it by using a 87 Supra control unit.

I have a 240 so I'm not sure if its the same with yours bu I had to cut a notch off of the mounting rail to fit the electric motor, then I got a 3" wide by 1/4" thinck mild steel, drilled 2 new hole for the rear on the original mounts to 14 1/4 wide on center (I think from memory), measured how much forward needed, cut peices, welded the 2 front peices at correct angle for the 300's, drilled new front mounts rears offsetted to one side since the 300's are wider, bolt new mounts the original mounting holes, and then set the new seats in and mark where to drill for the front. Once all drilling and bolting of the front mounts are done just bolt on the seats. I think the original seat came up 7" in the front and 4" in the rear. The new 300's is just 1-2" higher. Hope that helps.

Yeh, I'm really interested to know what RX7 seats just bolt right up cause all the RX7's I've seen have cool seats if they are the late model years. Please tell us.
