i have a 1982 280zx non turbo. the z was given to me for a customer at my tire shop. was'nt that cool! any ways, the only thing wrong with it was the exhaust manifold was leeking! put $500 into it and it's running great. but, there are a few small projects left.
so, i was hoping that someone could help me with some questions?
what is a good body kit and what should i spend with out getting bent over?
what is the biggest size muffler i can go with on a stock exhaust system to sound loud and good?

Welcome to the forum. Glad to have you here. I split your post off into it's own thread, as it had no relevance to the thread you posted in. Also, the search function is a great place to start when you have questions.

 

search will answer mostlikey both your questions, but mostly the first one. search MSA type II kit in google. as for teh exhaust, no point in a new muffler on the stock pee shooter exhaust. better off going full, and the exhausts for these cars are cheap pre-made and even cheaper if you just get a header and have a custom one made.

remember though, before you ask any possible generic question or tech question, try to search a few pages first.
