Nismo seats perhaps?
just like the title says lol. I'm curious if these seats will fit properly in our Zs. I'd really like to get a pair of nismo seats so if anyone has any other opinions on other styles just throw in! Thanks
Heres the link to the one I was looking at:

Just an FYI... those aren't NISMO seats, they are generic / universal seats with "nismo" logo, as stated in the title: UNIVERSAL JDM PVC BLACK RACING SEATS WITH NISMO EMBLEM
Dunno if it would fit, because the dimensions given are only for the inside seat area.

yeah not gonna lie I was kind of worried about that too. Last thing I want is the seat to just crumple and give on impact. Still, cant find real authentics... stupid nismo hiding their seats from me

These are the real deal. If you buy them in bulk, they are a lot cheaper.

only $21,000 per seat

^^^ I'm in for 20 myself. Thad be pocket change.
I looked through all 156 pages of my Nismo catalog, and found nothing about racing seats, just stupid stuff like forged pistons, crazy cams, lsd's, and lightened flywheels. Though my catalog is a few years old. Maybe Nissan recently found a way to squeeze a few hp out of their seats? Jus playin y0!

psh obs i'm in for a group buy!... just let me save for 20 odd years
hmm, i'm going to order a nismo catalog from my dealership this week. it seems weird they're available online on other websites but not the actual catalog? even weirder if its so that they only JUST made seats for the gtr and never for any previous cars.

i have seats similar to those from ebay. they are actually knock off apc seats. really quite comfy and sturdy. they fit well and the fabric is holding up very well after years of abuse. heres a pic, they are solid mount, no sliders to keep height down and i have both in now.

wow, what a bunch of bs. So I went down to my local nissan dealership and asked about getting a nismo catalogue. I was told they don't have catalogues but that they have them listed on the computer in front of them. As such they asked what car I wanted parts for. Next they told me there were no nismo parts that exist for the older Z cars. I couldn't believe the garbage they were feeding me! Finally they told me just to go to the american nissan site at nissan.com (which isn't correct, its actually nissanusa.com) to find nismo parts... Shady do you get this kinda bull crap in BC too?

umm my best freinds work at my local dealership. i get treated like gold. they love my datsun stuff, except when they have to look up stuff using the mircofische. the whole dealership was mad when i sold my 75 620 truck. you gotta move to bc, its way nicer here, and our flying insects arent deisel powered like yours. i use mostly msa and black dragon, or custom make parts if needed for my stuff. a good machine shop and some creative catologue searching can go a long way. for instance i have toyota piston rings in my engine, they didnt make rings to match my pistons or were nla (cant remember)
