I am in a bind! I am getting my car painted and I need to pick a color! I was contemplating a silver grey like the 79 280zx with side pipes on google images under 280zx "link is above". I am not sure what that paint code is so I did a spray paint with this metalic silver, but it was too silver. It wasn't bad, but I just can't make a decion. I plan on selling the car at some point it is a 79 zx coupe no t-tops. It was stock blue, but I just don't really care for that color very much. I re did the interior all black, but plan on doing trim parts whatever I plan on painting the exterior of the car. I know there is tons of these threads, but most of the attached pictures are expired. If anyone can help me by giving there opinion of what they think would look nice with the paint code or pictures anything would be appreciated. My dad is not helping me out to much, he just loves to see me struggle haha. He said that a grey/silver would be like painting primer" he was of course kidding" he was just meaning it wouldn't pop! I also already have a yellow 280z.
