hey blue, i am having the same problem, the driver and pass. side floor boards are totally shot, DAMN JAPANESE STEEL. anyways...i was asking all around here in toledo ohio about what to do and what not. i know a guy here who would fabricate custom floor pans and weld them into place for me fo 60 bucks!! (cant beat that) but someone else told me that i should see about using marine fiberglass (kind they use for hulls of boats). he said it might stand up better that steel....so i dunno....too many decisions, but i think im personally gonna go with the steel. now the only hard part is where to weld from, almost all of the metal now is rusted....well i should be going now...i dont know if that helped at all blue but i was having the same problem as you.........peace

Zedd Findings @ datsunzparts.com sells them and I have heard from other on another forum that they were a good fit and high quailty. You will need to cut out the old and have the new welded in. I would only use fiber glass on a very small area after the rust had been repaired and dealt with. If not it will continue to rust under it and at some point you will have to repeat the process.............
