LoL... they did that to me too (back in 1998). The wing came about a month later. It's an MSA kit, but you could try to get a hold of Wings West & see if they have it available.

hey i got that wings west whale tail a few months ago...I never put it on my car

Actually its still in the box in my parents storage... I guess i just never got around to it. THAT SUCKER IS BIG! REALLY BIG! and its flat, it dosent have the lip like the msa mini whale tail, or like the zxr its just flat.
