brake master cyl+brake bleed (duh)
brake master cyl leaking on my 79 280zx 2 seat, planning on replacing with a Wagner master cyl from rock auto, just wondering anything that I need to know when I do this job? also what order do I need to do when I bleed the lines. I will have a friend giving a hand
never done a brake bleed before, much less a master cyl replacement
thnx

Go to the Brake section & read up on the bleeding procedure.
Make sure you have plenty of brand new brake fluid. Now is the time to flush the entire system (should be done every few years). Bleed the master first, then go to the farthest corner, leave the valve wide open and pump until new fluid comes out. Then do the "pump, hold, close" several times. Once you get a steady stream at each valve, you should be good.
