brake pad rattle

My rear brake pads rattle when ever I drive my 82 280zxt. I took the brakes apart to see if something was out of place but everything looks good. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fiw it?

Isn't that for squeaks? My pads don't squeak they move just a little in the caliper making them rattle. Will that work for that too?

You are probably missing your chatter plates. Or whatever you call those. They mount behind your brake pads, and prevent them from rattling. They are not something to lose. Hopefully you have them lying around somewhere. They do not come with brake pads.

Hmm...I am not sure then. If everything is there, and such. It shouldn't rattle, and move. Hopefully somebody else, can give you more insight. I told you all I know from experience. Good luck
