Bushing kit
#3
I know Energy Suspension has a kit, as well as Prothane, which BigBirdsZ mentioned. As for shifter bushings, my only guesses would be B&M, as I think they make a short-shifter kit for the Zed, or the local Nissan parts counter.

With as soft as a 280ZX suspension is, I doubt stiff bushings will make it unbearable. If you think a 350Z rides too hard for daily driving then yes, you don't want to do any upgrades to your Z.
I think a 280ZX NEEDS better bushings and stiffer springs/struts to be comfortable for driving. it is way too soft as it sets.

Now slightly on topic ... I know of a few suspension kits for the 280ZX, but are they compatible with the 2+2? I guess what I'm asking is, will the added weight and length of the 2+2 throw off spring rates, or make the ***-end saggy? Also, if I were to install a kit (say, Eibach for instance), could I order stiffer springs from the company in question for my application? I probably should be asking Eibach directly about this, but I'd like to see what you all know/suggest. Thanks in advance,

All the spring kits I have heard of are advertised on the manufacture's website as not being for the 2+2. But users on Zdriver have installed them into a 2+2 and they work fine. The added weight does not make a noticeable difference in sagging. As for bushings, they are all the same and should work fine. when you order a spring set, don't bother telling them it is for a 2+2. They may not sell it to you then.
