I would definitely recommend the urethane bushings. Absolutely.

I would also go urethane as well cost alittle more but will out last the rubber ones by years. If you install them yourself its not to bad just a bitch to get them to compress to get nuts and bolts started.Good luck..................

I have urethane bushings on the front sway bar and that' what causes the squeaking! The two bushings that hold the sway bar to the frame of the car are the cause. When the front of the car goes up and down on both sides the sway bar twists in those bushings. You're supposed to buy some special urethane lubrication but I put them in dry... now I know.

i just installed my bushings this weekend and yeah... big improvement.. i went with energy suspension bushings.. the hardest one to put in is the lower control arm bushings... you gotta either press out the metal sleave or use a hacksaw and cut it out.. i pretty much changed all my front suspension parts... new ball join, tie rods. end linkage bushings and control arm bushings... but i did notice that i need to change my idle arm assembly.. thats the next part to work on in a couple of weeks.. but yeah.. go with urethane bushings.. theyle last you a lot longer too...

Idler arm? I thought those were only on manual steering systems with a gearbox on one side. Don't you have power steering in your Z or a rack n pinion?!? ...or am I just uneducated?
