Rear control arms stuck

This is strange. The "outer" bolts seem to be stuck to the inner bushing sleeve on both of my rear control arms. The "inner" bolts (towards the center of the car) came right out. To be clear, the nuts and washer came off - but I cannot remove the bolt to extract the control arm. I can rotate them with a breaker bar... the control arm swings up, and then falls slowly. But I cannot easily spin them nor push them out.

Does anyone have any tips for me? Thanks!!!

I take it the control arms are hanging free? Did you try putting a jack under the arm to relieve pressure? Did you try tapping on the bolts with a hammer?

Yes the control arms are hanging free, tried jacking them, etc... but I can't fit a hammer in there except for gentle taps. I think I'm going to drop the subframe to get better access. I just need to do a little metal work on the rails so I have a place that I trust to be strong enough to support the weight. Usually I put the stands under the subframe.

Thanks for the suggestions!
