Sluggish steering

Hey guys (and gals)...

I noticed when I do some slalom style driving that the steering seems a bit sluggish through the turns. By sluggish, I mean that it takes a lot of effort to get through the turns. After that, things return back to normal.

Is this something that's inherent to the ZX steering, or is there a way to correct it?

I'm asking because I'm planning on doing auto-x in the future as well as some road courses.

Have you checked the fluid? A good flush will probably help... and make sure you use ATF.

The fluid is kind of old.... I didn't think of changing it out....stupid me. I should know better than that.

Now....where's my FSM? I gotta find out how to do that. heh, heh........!
