ya, weak sauce.

PICS!

Rota RBR 16x8 4x114.4mm +04 mm (yes, four, not forty obviously) $650 for four shipped

Hyper black centers, polished lip
In the sunlight these are obviously a lighter silver than gunmetal. I think they'll go well with the silver 280ZX

What tires do you have on your car? 0h wait... you wrecked that car. The tires you were using must have been lacking in the "grip" dept.

i dont see how when IT WASNT MY FAULT!!!! there wasnt enough grip, or large enough brakes in the world to have stopped my car in time, that guy flew the **** out when you got 10 ft to stop from 25mph its not hapening, after reaction time itself you got like a few left. you got about 7fps at 20 mph i do believe

The tires I ordered are 40% less price than those you mentioned and get good ratings on traction and performance. Your name brand addiction is seriously weak sauce.

Snwy, there are very few choices for the tire sizes I selected. Only 3 brands. Kumhos were not available and I was not going to buy tires that suck in the rain. 16's kinda suck for tire options. I also went staggered so the brand had to have the same tire in both sizes available.
This winter was the first and last time I will drive the car in the snow. Next year I'll have snow tires for my truck.

The car has an alarm and the PO wired in a solenoid for the driver's lock so its full power locks with keyless entry. I also have some good wheel locks. 16 of them.

uhh... I saw those Sportmax. I like the ones I purchased.

I also have Sportmax 002 16x8 for the Fairlady

I also ordered a 2nd key for my locks so I have a spare.

Bleach, I think you'll be happy with the HTR Z tires. I have the HTR Z III tires mounted on my Z, and they grip well, just don't drive them in temps anywhere near freezing. These tires are about on par with my friend's Michelin Pilotsport tires but they are not as easy to control when the limits are approached. For the price, I have no complaints and they work well as both a daily driver tire and weekend canyon tire.

Now that I see the tread pattern on the HTR Z II, I probably would have picked that if it was available in the sizes I want.

Its all about looks and name brands.

My car is just going to be used as a daily driver. I'll get better tires when I buy my 20x9 wheels.
