280zx Digital Dash jumpy speedo
My speedometer on my 83 digital dash is sporadic plus or minus 5 mph while driving. It did this when I first bought the car and then it stopped for a while. 
Now...it does it again.
Does anybody have an idea what would cause that? All the other stuff is working great on it.
