280zxt A/T advise

ok well first off i own an 82 280zx turbo with automagic transmission
motor has a bout 50 miles on it with everything replaced and brand new absolutley no problems with engine no leaks or loss of vacuum... tranny has about 180k on it
what im experiencing : when i let off the throttle i feel like there is an exceptional load on the car , (feels like; if u down shifted a 5 speed but eased of clutch instead of gunning it) hopefully some one knows what im sayin..
it just has too much of a load during deceleration
when i put it in nutrual the load is gone so its def tranny related
tranny shifts fine through all gears, will even down shift if i put it in 2nd or 1st
tranny fluid is always at perfect level i spent hours driving, adding, or siphoning to get it at a perfect level
brakes do not stick has entire new brake everythin calipers to booster
fuel pressure is always good , has new adjustable FPR
any one got a clue?? is my tranny just goiin bad or possibly a bad valve
id hate to put my turbo toy to rest again if the trannys bad
thanks to all who has had to indure turbo A/T problems , they're just so hard to find 5 speed

Does it feel sluggish all the time, or only when you let off the throttle?

only when i let off the throttle , i mean if i floor it, it gets up to speed fast like other turbos ive owned.

speed makes no difference whether im doin 60 or 30mph as soon as i let off the gas i get the excessive load feeling, then it makes a "kathoonk" sound when i step back on the gas.. << this is everytime i step back on the gas , so natuarally i cant really coast comfertably

but it always feels fine while im accelerating, up and down shifts with no shift shock at all, its pretty smooth if i say so myself .. also, while decelerating even though it has the excessive load feeling it will down shift smooth through all gears

any ideas???

You could always take it to a local well known transmission shop and have them take a look / feel. Make sure they are a quality shop though... because there are a lot of shady auto-transmission repair shops that will lie to you to "rebuild" your transmission even if it doesn't need to be.
