79 280zx throttle
I need advice on what might cause this.
The car runs fine until I floor the accelerator, and then its out
Bought the car not too long ago and never noticed it till I floored it and got stranded.
Any advice will help, its kind of not possible to drive it around
by the way new fuel pump ...fuel filter... fuel pressure regulator... spark plugs... cap nd rotor ...injectors .. injector connectors..

Welcome back rocky. Would be good to know at what point the car stalls out. If you gradually press accel to the floor, does it accelerate up to the max without quitting? Thinking throttle position problem, something not adjusted right. And then no restart? You need some input from the 280 pros here.

as soon as I start it and put into drive I give it gas I'm off as soon as I push it it'll bog out then it'll die
apparently I have to be easy on it till I reach 20mph or 30mph

Tps
Could be your TPS, it might be going bad, or has some corrosion on the connectors or just out of adjustment. The TPS has to be set so the first switch is closed at idle, and the second is closed at FOT, your FSM will outline how to check and adjust it. The connector can go bad, Fricfrac has a connector set that will replace most of the ones that cause issues, including all the fuel injector connectors. The way the TPS connector sets, water can collect and short out the contacts, also the repeated evaporation of moisture over time will corrode the connections.
