Sounds like you have no power to the starter and fuel pump so maybe there is no power to anything. Does your voltometer show any power in the battery?
Check fuses and the fusable links. Check and clean your battery connections on the battery and on the car/starter.

Try swaping around those relays in the relay box up near the right headlight. Those do things with your charging and electrical system. Maybe the fuel pump knows that the fuel pressure is up and doesnt' need to come on untill you start cranking the engine.
Make sure the battery is fully charged; use a battery charger or voltometer to make sure.
If the starter tries to turn, then either your battery is almost dead, the connection is too weak (corroded), or your engine is siezed.

Maybe unplug or cut the power wires to that fuel pump. Tape the ends of the wire still on the car just to make sure they don't ground out if they do get power. Then power the pump from another battery you have next to the car. For a battery outside of a car, don't set it on the cememt floor. Put it on a wood block on the floor.
That'll let you know if the pump even works at all. Oh, and a siezed engine is not good. That's when something breaks inside and jams so that it wont' spin around (turn over). Usually that happens to an old engine or one that runs out of oil and is being driven on the freeway with a 4-speed. Sometimes you get a rod thrown through the oil pan and lots of smoke comes out. Its not fun! I actually don't think your engine is siezed. That will typically happen while you are driving and you need the car to be towed home.
