bare bones minimum on l-28t?

what do you have to have to make it run safely?
i'm doing a conversion from n/a to turbo...
tps,egr,aux air, carbon canister?

If you are dropping in the whole turbo motor you just need the turbo fuel pump, ecu and harness.
