camshaft rocker arm
ok so the keeper fell off the valve spring not even sure if thats what its called but its the little round thing that the rocker arm sits on top of the valve spring what i want to know is there any easier way of compressing the spring while the cam is on or iam i going to have to remove the whole cam. cuz rite now i loosen the rocker arm alot and try to put it back on but could not get it back on there cuz the rocker arm is still in the way any ideas thanks

I gotta be honest... I read your post 5 times and can't understand what you are asking because of a total lack of grammar and punctuation.
I think you are asking how to get the lash pad back on? Remove the rocker, install the lash pad, install rocker.

I think he is referring to the lash pad
What I think he is trying to ask is:
How does he get the lash pad back on with the rocker arm being pressed against the valve spring by the camshaft.
Edit: Oops, didn't see your second bit Nismo.
I think he may be a little confuse on how to get the rocker off..

yes the lash pad that is what iam referring too. and yes how do i get it back on with out having to take the camshaft off. like is there an easy way to put it back on. like can i just take off the rocker arm some how

Just turn the engine till the valve is fully closed (camshaft is not pushing on that rocker at all), remove the rocker, put the pad back on, and reinstall the rocker. I've had a whole rocker fall off on each of my 280s actually. It's important to keep them properly adjusted on these engines. If you drive it hard they seem to have a habit of backing themselves off after a while.
