Can someone identify this wire?

Opened ecm kick panel on 1982 280zxt and found a green wire/black wire with a white plug on the end not connected. Can anybody tell me where it goes? Thanks.

Unused

It shows it on the EFI turbo harness as an unused plug. Found it in the Turbo PDF page 1 / 5. No other reference to it (that I could find in a quick search), most likely a factory test point.

Thanks! I was trying to diagnose why the power door locks don't work. I tested the door lock delay module (located behind the ecu) and it tests good. I have a feeling the voltage signal is low going from the d/s door lock to the delay module. Looks like more trouble than it is worth to try to remove the electrical unit inside the door to clean the contacts.
