connecting rods

any one here had any luck with arizona z's connecting rods??? I spun a connecting rod bearing and messed up one of the rods and crank journal. I am rebuilding basically stock motor and was wondering if arizona's rods are up to par. I am also going with arp mains, rods, and head sets with a .020 under crank. Don't really plan on going much higher then 15-17psi on the weekends. What else out there do you guys reccommend that I should consider. I am on the edge of which headgasket to use(metal or not were and which one)... Done a lot of searching but no definate answers... Let me hear your thoughts and the results of your setups...

thanks,

I do not have personal expirience with AZC connecting rods but I have heard very good things about them. I think they should be fine. Also, for the head gasket you should get a Felpro. It will raise you compression slightly but not enough to cause any problems. You might even gain a little low end torque.
