Make sure one of the floats on the brake fluid resiviors isn't stuck, if that's not it it could be the connection that tells when you have the e brake applied, and worst case scenario you have a short in your wiring some where down the line.

EDIT: nvm just put some more fluid in your resiviors and i BET you the light will go away...

Yup, low brake fluid. It probably sloshes away from the float under acceleration.

Yeah that was the clue lol i went about two weeks pointlessly beating my e brake trying to get the light to go out then realized that that light also warns you of low brake fluid.

^ Might need to clean the connections for the sensor. That tells you the fluid is low. Just curious. Where does your fluid level sit? It could be when you take off hard. That the fluid could be going right below the sensor spot. Anyway if that isn't it. Check your e-brake wires. Those could be not making good contact. So that it thinks your brake is on. When it actually isn't. Just remove your center console. And the carpet a little. And you should be able to get to the the e-brake wires. Good luck.

At what level is the fluid? Did you top it off so it sets just below the cap?

different people have a different idea of what too low is for brake fluid.
